Shipping locations

We ship within Australia via Australia Post.

Dispatch

In Stock - We aim to ship your purchase within 48 hours/2 business days of cleared payment

Bespoke/Custom Orders - Please allow up to six weeks production time for all other goods - this does not include shipping time.

When your package has been dispatched, you will receive notification of your tracking number via email/SMS which will allow you to track your parcel's progress via the Australia Post Website or Australia Post App.

Please allow for longer shipping times than quoted below if you are ordering around Sales Periods, Public Holidays, Christmas and Easter.

Australian shipping

Free Standard Shipping is included in the price on all orders.

Standard postage time can vary from 5 up to 10 business days depending upon your location.

These shipping times are an estimate and may be exceeded during busy sales periods which is beyond our control.

Packaging

We wrap and package each item using sturdy products which are almost all recyclable (depending upon your local council recycling facilities of course), and we are transitioning to using compostible/recyclable products. On the odd occasion we will use plastic bubble wrap as we love to re-use whenever we can!
